Impossibly Creamy Avocado Green Goddess Dressing SAVE THIS RECIPE Equipment Blender or Ingredients 1 avocado, ripe 1 jalapeno, seeded and halved with stem removed 2 tsp garlic , chopped 1 cup cilantro , chopped 3 Tablespoons olive oil 1 lime , juiced 2 tsp lemon juice, from 1 lemon half tsp sugar or honey, to taste teaspoon kosher salt , to taste teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste 4 Tablespoons water , see note below Instructions Half the avocado by inserting a sharp knife into one side and working the blade around the outside
